Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform the residents of Iqaluit that there will be a planned power outage on Sunday, October 4, from 7 to 8 a.m. The affected area is highlighted in yellow on the map below.
This power outage is required to safely connect Baffin Correctional Centre to the distribution system.
QEC thanks residents for their understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
