Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform the residents of Iqaluit that there will be a planned power outage on Saturday, August 14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The affected area is highlighted in yellow.
This power outage is required to safely replace a broken pole and make repairs to the distribution system to improve reliability.
QEC thanks residents for their understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
