Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform the residents of Kugaaruk
that there will be a planned power outage in a section of the community on
Saturday, July 15 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. The affected area is highlighted on the
attached map.
This outage is required to install new power poles and connect the new hamlet office to the distribution system
QEC would like to thank the residents for their understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this time.
