Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform the residents of Kugaaruk that there will be planned power outages in a section of the community on Saturday, June 30 from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and Sunday, July 1 from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The affected area is highlighted on the map below.
This outage is required to perform repairs and maintenance to the distribution system to improve reliability.
QEC would like to thank the residents for their understanding and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause during this time.
