Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform the residents of Whale Cove that there will be a planned power outage in a section of the community on Sunday, August 19 from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. The affected area is highlighted on the map below.
This outage is required to relocate power poles to accommodate the community’s road project.
QEC would like to thank the residents for their understanding and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause during this time.
