QEC’s Customer Care offices will re-open in Baker Lake, Iqaluit and Cambridge Bay on Wednesday, December 2, for regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time).
QEC will delay re-opening Rankin Inlet’s Customer Care office to Monday, December 7, for regular business hours. This delay will allow the corporation to complete additional cleaning measures to help protect the well-being of QEC staff and the community.
There will be a limited number of people allowed in any Customer Care area at one-time. All customers are asked to respect the restrictions by wearing a mask and remaining two meters (six feet) apart. The first hour of operations will be designated for elders and other vulnerable groups.
