Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform the residents of Pangnirtung that there will be a planned power outage in a section of the community on Sunday, August 26 from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. The affected area is highlighted on the map below.
This outage is required to relocate power lines to accommodate the location of the new RCMP detachment.
QEC would like to thank the residents for their understanding and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause during this time.
